Dr. Hardy is a grantee recipient of the prestigious IBM Center for the Business of Government and has over 20 years of experience in the public sector. Dr. Karen Hardy has experience which expands across various industries, including consumer banking, business finance, and procurement. Her former positions included working as a Banking Officer with Citibank and as a Purchasing Official in the public sector. Dr. Karen received raving reviews for her book "Destiny, Dreams & Decisions: Empowering Women for Success- which focuses on the power of personal assessment."
